We have a proprietary and approved database of graduation records for most tertiary institutions in Nigeria. The database has lowered the turnaround for certificate verification to less than 24 hours in most cases.

A: Results are delivered through our secure online access portal where each person who is granted access has a specific user name and password. To view the full report online, login to your account.

A: Yes, BcOnline offers a Candidate Self-Submittal service. You provide the Candidate's names and email addresses and they can access all the information they need to get started on the portal. This saves you time and reduces the risk of errors during the data input process.

A: Yes. We send invoices on the first of the month for the previous months' balance. They can be sent via standard mail or email. You can review your invoices at any time by logging in, clicking Settings under the My Account dropdown and then clicking the Invoices link. If you have questions about billing, please contact us for assistance.

A: If a business or organization requests a background check on you, then we will send you an email that asks you to consent to the background screening. If you do not consent, then no further action is required. We will start your background check as soon as it is authorized by you.

A: Yes, our BcOnline portal offers a service that allows you to verify your own educational certificate. This gives you the opportunity to verify the validity of your certificate and get a verification code - Risk Control Verification Code (RCVC)- which you can put on your certificate and share with employers and staffing/recruitment agencies. To get RCVC visit our website www.bconline.ng.

A: To share your RCVC simply sign into your account and click on "Share RCVC" button in the top right-hand corner of the page. You will be given a custom link (for example: bconline.ng/RCVC/KolaMoses) that you can then share directly with employers. You can also place your link on your resume and as well share your link on job boards and on LinkedIn.
